Rachael
Tanner from the San Francisco Planning Department will be speaking at the Upper Noe Neighbors meeting this week to discuss Mayor Lurie’s upzoning plan—that Neighborhoods United (NUSF) describes as “not significantly different from Mayor Breed’s disastrous proposal.”
According to the Planning Department, they plan to conduct very limited additional outreach on this issue, meaning this may be one of the few chances for District 8 residents to make
their voices heard.

Neighborhoods United San Francisco:
Every voice matters. We’ve seen how organized communities can stop harmful policies, but it only happens when we show up and speak
up.
Neighborhoods United recommends:
🔹 Tell Rachael Tanner in person: No to unchecked speculation! 🔹 Protect our small businesses & historic character! 🔹 Demand a plan that includes community voices!
Please share this with your neighbors. Together, we can protect Noe from developer-driven upzoning that puts profit over people.
